  4. Pay Rs. 100/- per query and keep the screenshot for uploading when submitting the query.
  5. For multiple queries, pay multiples of Rs. 100/- equal to the number of queries.
  6. Payment methods: UPI (QR code/UPI ID/online transfer).

  9. Unregistered clients: Queries will be displayed openly on the “Sundry Clients” page.
  10. Registered clients: Replies will be available on their personal page and viewable after login.
  11. To keep your queries confidential, please register before submitting queries. Registered clients also have an option to request clarifications.
  12. Do not misuse the service. Your machine number is registered and will be legally addressed if misused.
  13. Legal complaints and actions are restricted to the Virudhunagar jurisdiction only.
